How did I get here? Well, I went through this journey myself. I had negative self-talk, and I didn’t like myself. I didn’t feel like being in female energy. I didn’t stand for my boundaries and barely put myself first. So I know exactly how you feel, girl… 😕

Up until my early twenties, I didn’t love myself. I didn’t love my body; I was struggling with saying NO, and I wanted everyone to like me. It was not sustainable. Everything changed in 2021 when I invested in my self-development and booked a year of 1:1 mentoring. I started validating and loving myself for who I am. I put myself in the first place. Everything that I wanted from others I gave to myself - love, attention, kindness, respect, and time.

Since I was a teenager, I’ve been passionate about actively listening to other people’s stories. It helped me get to know them better on a deeper level and hear things they don’t explicitly say. That’s why I love being a coach and human design specialist: I can use my natural ability to actively listen to my clients with whatever they need to discuss during our coaching.

My empathy and open mind are great gifts, as they help me understand what my clients go through in their lives.

THE WHY BEHIND IT ALL

I believe the most important relationship we have is the relationship with ourselves.

Human Design helps you to know yourself and love yourself for who you truly are. No more pretending to be someone you’re not, and no more comparing yourself to someone else. You don’t have to hide what you really like and what your deepest desires are.

How my life changed after

discovering my design

The first time I got in touch with Human Design was when I was recovering from my third burnout. I found out that I’m a 2/4 Emotional Projector. I had no idea what this meant, so I started to search for more information. I booked my own Human Design reading with a fantastic Human Design guide. After having a coaching call with her, my life completely changed.

I felt relieved that I could finally be myself and that being myself was ok.

After the reading, I understood why I love my alone time, why I burnout three times, why I was doing so many things at once in my business while stretching myself thin, why I feel more comfortable when I’m 1:1 with my friends rather than being in a group, why I felt so tired when I was trying to achieve what I wanted and then felt bitter because I didn’t have the energy to do it.. and many more things. 

After I understood my design, I could set boundaries and follow them in a way that was aligned with me and sustainable for my needs. Human Design has taught me to love and accept myself exactly as I am and to be proud of my uniqueness.

It has also brought calmness into my life. I stopped chasing things.

Instead, I let them come to me, following my Strategy, Type, and Authority. I started trusting that life has the best intentions and that everything comes at the right time.
