About Me

I grew up in Slovakia, in a town called Levice. My childhood was amazing. My parents did their best to keep me and my sister as happy as possible. I was always the one who didn’t need to have a huge amount of people around me. I was an individual who preferred to have two good friends over knowing loads of people.

As time passed by and I was studying at the university, I felt that I want to live abroad. You can listen to my detailed story about my moving to Ireland in my podcast. Let me tell you, moving alone to a foreign country where you don’t know anyone was very challenging.

There were lots of ups and downs, and lots of tears were shed. I’m a different person than the one who left Slovakia in 2015. I know what it is to get myself out of my comfort zone. All of those moments have brought me to the stage of my life where I’m now and I’m very grateful for it.

I’ve been always very interested in self-development. I read many books about learning to love myself, how I can transform negative emotions into positive ones, how I can manifest my goals, or how I can step out of my comfort zone and face my fears.

They say, when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. And mine came into my life at the perfect time in 2021. My life changed completely during one year of mentoring with a Slovakian coach Michal Siklienka.

I love constantly educating myself. Therefore in 2023, I decided to take the Coach 104 course in one of the most respected companies in Slovakia that educate coaches - Power Coaching, s.r.o. I became a certified coach with international accreditation from International Coaching Federation.

I’ve been working on myself every single day to become a person who is ready to help others to live happier, and more fulfilled life full of love, prosperity, and gratitude.
